Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order, you certify that (a) you are at least 21 years old, (b) you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution, and (c) any product you purchase from JFT Research Lab will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being misused or that violate these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, product descriptions, and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but may change without notice. Payment is currently accepted via Zelle and other manual methods described at checkout. Orders that are not paid within the window specified at checkout may be cancelled automatically. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the package to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying that the products you order are lawful to import and possess in your jurisdiction; JFT Research Lab is not liable for shipments seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or local authorities.

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Because these products are research materials with strict chain-of-custody requirements, most sales are final once shipped.

You agree not to (a) use the products for or in humans or animals, (b) resell or redistribute the products in a manner that misrepresents their status, (c) use the site to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or (d) violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law in your use of the site or products.

Products and site content are provided “as is”without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any purity, potency, or analytical figures we publish are informational; independent verification is the researcher’s responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFT Research Lab’s aggregate liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
