Are your peptides FDA-approved?+
No. Research peptides are not drugs and are not approved by the FDA. Anyone selling peptides as FDA-approved, prescription, or consumption-ready is misrepresenting them.
What is lyophilized powder?+
Freeze-dried peptide, the most stable form for shipping and long-term storage. Reconstitute in bacteriostatic water or sterile saline at the concentration your protocol requires.
How do I store lyophilized vials?+
2–8 °C short term, or −20 °C long term, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
Purity & standard
What purity do you ship at?+
Everything in the catalog is above 99% purity. That's our floor — lots that come back under that number don't reach the catalog.
What does that >99% number refer to?+
The percentage of the intended peptide sequence in the lyophilized powder, net of residual solvents and counter-ions. It's the standard measure quoted on research-grade peptide inventory.
Do you publish lot-level reports?+
Not at this time. As the catalog matures we'll expand the public information we share per lot. In the meantime, requests can be sent to Jftresearchllc@gmail.com.

When does my order ship?+
The next business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed Friday after 2pm ET ship Monday.

Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the continental US only.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes, up until we ship it. After the label prints we can't retrieve the package, but any issue on arrival is covered by our refund policy.

Shipping & delivery
How are packages protected in transit?+
Each vial is sealed and cushioned inside a rigid mailer. Lyophilized powder is shelf-stable when the seal is intact, so normal overnight transit doesn't compromise the product.
What if my package is damaged on arrival?+
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the mailer and vial. If the seal is broken or the vial is damaged we'll replace it — see the refund policy.
Do you ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders?+
No — overnight carriers require a physical street address.
