Every order ships sealed in a padded mailer with tracking emailed the moment the label prints.
Orders are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed via Zelle. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday ship the following Monday.
We use USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Overnight depending on destination. Delivery is typically next business day within the continental US.
Every vial is factory-sealed and cushioned inside a rigid mailer. Lyophilized powder is shelf-stable when the seal is intact, so we rely on overnight transit and sealed packaging rather than added refrigerants.
Flat rate shipping of $25 overnight is applied at checkout (included in the total you see on the order page). We currently ship to addresses within the continental US only.

We can't ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Carrier backlogs, severe weather, and incorrect shipping addresses are outside our ability to prevent. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If the mailer or vial arrives visibly damaged, see the refund policy.
