IEligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to purchase from JFT Research. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and current.

IIResearch Use Only

All products sold by JFT Research are intended for in-vitro laboratory research in a qualified research setting. Our peptides are not pharmaceutical-grade drugs, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application.

By purchasing from JFT Research, you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 21 years old;
• are a qualified researcher, or operating under the direct supervision of one;
• will use our products exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research;
• will not administer our products to any human, animal, or other living organism;
• will not resell our products to anyone who does not meet these same criteria.

IIINo Medical Claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Information we publish describes peptides at the level of basic research literature and does not endorse any therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative use.

IVQuality Standard

JFT Research ships research peptides at a stated purity of >99%. If a vial arrives damaged, visibly compromised, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — see the Refund Policy.

VOrders & Payment

Payment is accepted via Zelle only at this time. When you place an order, we reserve your vials and email you payment instructions with your order number as the memo. Orders that remain unpaid after 5 business days may be released back into inventory.

VIShipping

Orders ship overnight from our US facility, typically within one business day of payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the label prints. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or recipient unavailability. See Shipping for details.

VIIProhibited Uses

You may not use our products for human consumption, human medical treatment, doping in athletic competition, manufacture of unapproved drugs, or any activity that violates federal, state, or local law.

VIIIIntellectual Property

The JFT Research name, wordmark, site design, product photography, and editorial content are the property of JFT Research. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without written permission.

IXLimitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JFT Research's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

XGoverning Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which JFT Research is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that State.
